Items ordered from our stock may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt, provided they are returned undamaged, in their original packaging and condition. Made to order lamps cannot be refunded.

 

You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods to us, using a reputable courier with the correct insurance please.

 

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. These conditions apply to website/social media orders only.

In the unlikely event that the item you receive has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please photograph the damaged package upon arrival, as these will be required by the courier for insurance purposes.
